Been there twice it the worst service I have ever had at a Dennys that's why I walk across the street to eat at the BBQ joint they are straight up lazy I like the loves but hate Dennys I've even called corporate and left a lengthy message but still no change better yet I think tonight I'm going to eat at the iron skillet across the street. ....good luck if you eat there....not me
Had the Prime rib Cobb salad and it was good. Service was excellent. Waitress was attentive but not to the point of being a pest. I didn't like that there was a truck stop attached though. My date had the nachos and u they looked soooo good. Will get those next time!
I ordered over the phone just so I didn't have to wait. They told me 15 minutes it should be ready. I was parked in the parking lot when I ordered my food. So after 15 minutes I started to head over to the Dennis and pay for my food. I get their and I informed the young lady that I ordered over the phone. She found my order and I payed. Looks like it was even done yet so I waited for almost 30 minutes more. Finally o get my ordered I walk back to my truck and the food is cold.
I waited 15 minutes to get easier on. Not one waitress looked my direction. Too busy standing around or talking to each other. Finally got up and walked out but not before letting the cashier know.
Food is good and the inside is nice but they don't have enough help!
They can even get you the food your ordered nice and hot. I last time I ordered at the cashier is was nice and hot, over the phone will be the last time I order.
