I would give 0 stars but its not an option. Absolutely asinine. Been calling for hours and no one answers the phone. Need to get employees that at least have the knowledge to answer a phone. Stupid people in gary for you.
THIS POST OFFICE IS RIDICULOUS!!! FLATOUT!!!! THEY KEEP SENDING MY NEICE MAIL TO MY HOUSE N MINE TO HERS. AFTER DOING A MILLION ADDRESS CHANGES. WE BOTH HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE LAST NAME JONES. SHE HAS EXPLAINED THIS!!! I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS!!!! I FEEL LIKE PICKING HER UP GOING IN THERE N STARTING FROM A LIKE THESE PEOPLE ARE PRESCHOOLERS!!! I MEAN SHEESH MY NEICE IS GETTING MY BILLS!!!! N I HAVE MY OWN HOME!!!
They lose my package then they sent it back to the shipper. Never told that my package came I came up the for 3weeks and they keep telling me ther no package.
THIS POST OFFICE HAS BEEN HALF ASS SINCE THE WHITE PEOPLE LEFT AND TURNED IT OVER TO THE BLACKS. PERIOD, POINT, BLANK. And I am a black person saying this so. Mail is delivered severely late, yiunjave to fight for your packages literally, the postal mail delivers walk around w dre beats head phone, sagging pants, partial uniforms, you pay for on time delivery and still do not receive your package. As I write, I have a package that has been sitting at this location since the 23rd..but the package shipped from the vendor on the 19th. So it takes them 5 to 10 days after they receive your mail, to actually receive your mail. Honestly the whole city is dysfunctional.
I have been waiting for a package from here for 3 days now. This is something a needed for vacation and would have received it on time if this place would have processed it in a timely manner. Now I will be traveling without a much needed travel bag. I called there and the lady who answered was very rude. Not helpful at all. Kept telling me to contact my local branch. When I did the postal worker could only sigh at how long the processing was taking and that was a day ago. I'm glad to see that this site will be closing and processing will be done elsewhere. Perhaps the new workers will have more pride in doing a good job. Hard to believe that nasty ignorance can get people service jobs.
