Need better communication from driver to driver on transfers so that customers aren't stuck waiting because they missed the bus from no fault of from them or drive driver teams.
It's ok for coming and going.
Place is absolute trash. The staff don't care. Barely do there job. I wouldn't recommended it to anyone. In fact i would encourage everyone to pay the extra hundred dollars just to take a plane. Worst experience in my life
Sucks. Was on a bus to go get another truck for my company across country. And this is absolutely a bad greyhound. But greyhound in general is bad. Their system needs to be revamped. It's just not working. Worst experience in my life. Next time, I'll fly, before getting on another greyhound bus.
Im giving 1 start to the whole company, not just this location. They have very poor business practices. couple of examples: you buy a ticket for someone else - they charge you $20 extra (why????); you buy a ticket, have it on your email - they wont put your on a bus because you were supposed to print it.
