His birthday was on yesterday. His birthday celebration. Tons of people. And his favorite cake, German chocolate cake! Had so much fun. Danced with some of the MJ impersonators. Hopefully I get to go next year. Happy late birthday Michael baby
A damp day in November. The place was closed. Nicest home in the area. Took a brisk walk in front of the house and a few pictures. Was surprised that there was no signs or markers on the property. Just 2 small street signs. Lots of graffiti on the pole and near the base of the fence from visitors. I would Not venture into this area after dark. So much potential for this area for the King of Pop!
Good news for people that love bad news. You can't go inside the fence. There's no tour, at least when we went. Park very close so your car isn't up on blocks when you get back to it. The area is rough. I was joking about people stealing your tires, they'd probably take the whole damn car.
I'm giving 2star only for the importance of the place. There is nothing special,it's a simple house where you can not even enter in it to explore.only way u can detect is by looking stone pictures setup at ground or by roadnames plate at crossing. I was expecting atleast small museum kind of things which u can explore by entering in the house. Surely disappointed after driving up to that place. I asked some local neighbors, they told there was a medium size statue before but maybe for winter season or more beautification purpose it was removed,so it is very hard to detect unless and until u notice those small pictures in ground. He is world famous, so I think it needs serious attention to improve it's tourist attraction, even I saw few other tourist came or join with me when I was there and they were also surprised.
This is a gem of a place tucked in the middle of Gary. The statue and brick work is amazing. The internet says that it is open for tours. This is not true. You can only drive by stop and have a look. It would be great if this could happen in the future.
