This Company forces drivers to run over hours and Gives you runs that cannot be done in time allowed ! And Shorts you money on your paychecks! And is Lowest paying carrier in thr Industry! Also Terminates you for Whistleblowing!And After 7 to 10 yrs with company treats you unfairly! And bad Benefits! Only 3 paid holidays! And forces you to work and if you say! No you get fired! And Only cares about Their bottom line! Not a good company to work for!
As Im writing, this is the location of my basic skills as a professional driver. This school is for guys like me that decided that they were going to make a difference in there lives and take control of there economic future. As we named our institution" UNIVERSITY OF FALCON" it was nothing more than a dusty old yard with a mobile home for a schoolhouse. But i tell you it was the instructors that make the difference and 9/14/2007 the date that I was hired by Falcon Transportation for one week I had some great coaches.... so seven years later I'm saying thank you everyone involved at Falcon for helping me to become the driver I am today.... and today was my last day as an employee driving for Falcon T. I got a lot of miles quickly all over the eastern USA and Canada...... the automobile industry is back, commodities, steel, everything solid economics and competition for it and to move it >>>> keep on trucking and drive safely
