Worst company to work for! Shorts your paychecks! Bad benefits!High CSA!Only 3 paid Holidays!Noopen door policy!When you Whistle blow about your pay getting shorted! And How they cheat drivers! They terminate you after 7 or 10 yrs of service! No respect for employees! They Lose countless customers ! Force you on runs or give you ultimatums!If you refuse runs they may fire you! No Loyalty!Do not trust them!And Dispatch and operations will Both give you and promise you different pay for same runs!They also dont care about your family time! And Alot of Maintenance issues with Equipment!I compmained outside at a company meeting to a Boss! With a witness! And Whistleblowed about treatment and pay shortages and next day Terminated by email! By Dispatch and Operations claiming i was disruptive and innappropiate! Which i was not! If you have Experience go else where!This company keeps losing accounts!Scales pull this company in because of DOT score and was told by DOT They flag drivers for Several reasons including Drivers being under the influence!
