What was offered for service was satisfying, the initial meeting process was caring and helpful. The paperwork process that i dealt with after the funeral was Hell. The unprofessionalism began. The director and staff did not return calls, had an EXCUSE for every concern and request just way too many apologies. Long story short my loved one service was in June ashes not received till September. It is Nov refund monies owed still haven't been received in full. I call every week to ask if i could please complete my business. Its hard to grieve and have to endure this additional stress. This business prolonged my grieving like you would never imagine. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
