I do not live there, but I did door to door witnessing and the majority of the people were extremely nice
The park sucks. No mangemt it's like they don't. Know what there doing. They just want money and don't want to help the people that live there.
Good community and freindly helpfull maintenance
Look it comes down to who lives there. I have a friend that lives there I like to visit but there are alot of drugs that go through that park. Glad my friend doesn't have kids living in the park. Most residents are very nice but a few are .... well .... you get the idea
My Brother and his friend lived here a few months ago, the place is a dump, but from what I was told, the management doesn't check your credit or ask for real proof of income so if you got the cash, you basically got the trailer. Somewhere to stay while you get your finances in order I'd say.
