Worse city ever. Recently moved from the east side of chicago and by far gary is the worse city I have been to. They won't pick my garbage till I put the water bill under my name and when I call the city hall all they do is hang up after they put me on hold. When you go to the city hall they isn't any parking. They make city of chicago look 100 times better. BIG FAIL INDIANA!!!!!!
