Awful, rude employees. Went to ask a simple question as to where a product is located,
The staff is great! Especially one lady I don't know her name but will update. The staff is so helpful and polite.
I dislike this store and hope it will close soon. They would not let me return an item I bought there. I will never ever shop at this store, Menards is 1000% better. As previous people have stated, they are rude and terribly unprofessional. Unless you want to be mistreated, don't go there. Sad.

Rude employee tells me to go to customer service, when he could have told me what aisle to look in.I came in to store on 13th Broadway, Gary, In. On 9-17-2014 politely interrupted two employees conversing amongst themselves. The older employee of the two was just plain rude and accused me of interrupting their conversation.. HELLO I'm the customer who could spend my money somewhere else. The employee's didn't even acknowledge when came into the store or approached them, just continued their conversation as if I wasn't there. The older employee even accused me of being rude for interrupting his conversation. That employee's approach and attitude wasn't professional. This could could and should have been handled better. I was very angry with them and reminded them I am a paying customer and do expect reasonable courteous customer service. I acted a little indignant after the way I was treated and told them I would never shop there again, and that I would spread the word avoid this store if you want polite customer service. I reminded them for all they knew, I could have been a secret shopper. I'm pained having to do this, but this business must learn you don't treat customer rudely.
Have always from the staff very helpful. I shop sales everywhere I go so I have not had any problems with their prices. Small but mighty!
