The experience was horrible. The driver claims she couldn't find the address. She got smart with me, nasty and rude. Something that was suppose to be delivered that morning didn't get to me until half an hour before I got off work. " REALLY". Won't use the service ever again.
First off, I ordered the wrong flowers and someone from Bryan's called me directly asking if this was I wanted. After a good laugh, I explained what I was looking for and they said no problem. My thoughts were nice customer service, but from the time the order was placed to delivery of the flowers were less then 90 minutes and the flowers were beautiful. I will be a long time customer. Im a military member who ordered the Zen Artistry flowers for my beloved 86 year old grandmother. I had my doubts at first but I decided to give this rinky dink business a chance in order to support small local business.I wanted to see how they looked so I had my uncle take a picture of the setup. Come to find out they sent a cheaper looking $20 setup that looked nothing like what I had ordered. Called twice and sent one email and no response. I feel as if I was ripped off and I was especially since no one has bothered to address this issue. Will never use this florist again and will continue to trash this places reputation every chance I get on social media.
Very pleased with the service and attention I received. Had to send a floral for a funeral the next day. The courtesy and professionalism was very refreshing.
