I visit this location whenever I'm in the area. As far as cleanliness of the lobby, and speed and accuracy of orders, they deserve all of the stars available; their biggest issue is employee behavior in the presence of customers. The young ladies were loud, crass, and exercised absolutely no discretion in their topics of conversation. They loudly talked about everything from visits to the gynecologist to bad-mouthing both absent coworkers and customers coming through the drive-thru. It didn't seem to phase them at all that there were customers in the store. There was no discernible difference between the manager on duty and the other employees. 'Bad job' ladies, bad job.
There prices are kind of high but if you want the coffee you have to pay the price nice ladies better than before

This is one if the worst Dunkin Donuts. Almost everyone they hire is rude and very unhelpful, they hate answering questions about their products. It seems to never get cleaned properly. And their coffee almost always tastes burnt. If you get there when the donuts are fresh, those are pretty good though.
The best place to go for coffee and donuts. They also have delicious sandwiches and cold drinks.
